1. Statement of Intent

In groups of SIX headed by an Urban Planner, choose a precinct (see Figure 1) that you want to develop. Email the RUS101 Coordinator the following:

2. Two Forms of Products To Be Submitted.

1. A Five-Minute Powerpoint slideshow (pps, or ppsx file) consisting of A3 slides of the following:

a) existing site and site potential
b) ideas and theory behind the development to be carried out, how it contributes to APEX USM.
c) proposed facility/ precinct (perspectives, sectional perspectives, projections of "before and after".
d) details

2. Unbound, A3 hardcopy of powerpoint slides,

a) 1 page of the idea underlying/ behind your proposal (sketches, notes).
b) 2 pages consisting of plan of the precinct, perspectives/ Sectional Perspectives/ projection sketches of "before and after" and "interesting" design details.
