REGISTRATION FEE

Registration fees may be paid either by cash/cheque/bank draft/postal order in RM or USD.

All cheque, bank draft or postal order must be made payable to “Bendahari, Universiti Sains Malaysia” and crossed "A/C Payee Only".

 CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled by November 15, 2008, refund fees less US$20 administrative charge. No refund will be made after this date and notice of cancellation must be received in written form. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
