How to print from your PC to the printer in the General Office

 

1.     Log in to the HBP network

 

2.     Go to the network neighbourhood and double click the icon.

 

3.    Look for "Pejabat PBP" and double click it.

 

4.     Select "hp"

 

5.     Message "Before you can use ......................"

        "Do you want ........and continue this operation?"

        Click "yes"

 

6.     Message "do you print from MS DOS ................"

        Select "No" and click "next"

 

7.     Printer name given as "HPLaserjet4MV"

        Message "Do you ...........as the default printer?"

        Select "No" and click "next"

 

8.     Message "Would like to print a test page?"

        Select "yes" and then click "Finish"

 

9.     Retain any files you PC ask you , by entering "yes"

 

10.    The password is _____(please check with the office staff)

 

11.    You have completed the setup.

 

12.    When you want to print to the printer in the General Office,

         select the printer "HPLaserjet4MV" as you default.
