categories of pedestrianization schemes:
- vehicle prohibited (all servicing done by rear access)

discouraged (priority to pedestrian and crawling-pace

Design
details (road paving, crossings, seating areas, signage and directions, change
of level, roads of 40mph limit, ramps etc.)
