Dr. A. Ghafar Ahmad has been a lecturer at the School of Housing, Building and Planning, USM, Penang since January 1994. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, USA (B.Sc Architecture), Kent State University, Ohio, USA (M.Arch - Urban Design) and University of Sheffield, UK (Ph.D - Building Conservation). His main interests are building conservation, architecture, urban design and interior design.
