Profile
Dr. Lee is a lecturer in Planning. He began his academic career in USM in 1985. His previous professional experience included two years as a Development Control Officer in the Penang Island Municipal Council and one year as a town planner with an international consultant based in Kuala Lumpur. Apart from his professional qualifications, he is a specialist in the use of IT for planning applications and possesses a Ph.D in GIS for planning from the University of Washington, Seattle, U.S.A. His interests extends into planning law and administration. He was promoted to Associate Professor in March 1998.
