The conference fees will cover conference materials, proceeding book, four tea breaks & two buffet lunch in two days and short conference tour (& ferry tour) at cultural heritage sites at George Town Penang  on the first day from 5.30-9.00pm (To ensure your paper in the book proceeding publication, the fee must be paid before 10^th January 2010)
